1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the XPORT L.L.C. website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

XPORT L.L.C. provides logistics services including but not limited to: freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, and e-commerce fulfillment. Service availability and pricing are subject to change and will be confirmed upon quote request.

3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. A service agreement is only formed when both parties have agreed to specific terms, pricing, and service scope in a signed contract or written confirmation.

4. Liability

XPORT L.L.C. shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, or government actions. Our liability for cargo is governed by applicable international transport conventions.

5. Insurance

All goods handled by XPORT L.L.C. are covered by standard carrier liability insurance. Additional cargo insurance can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. We recommend insuring high-value shipments.

6. Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items without appropriate packaging, or any items prohibited by international trade regulations and local laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kosovo.
